His whole career he has been actively involved in repositioning and growing businesses. Götz is involved as an active shareholder in two SMEs and holds several seats in supervisory boards.

Samuli is originally from Finland but spent the last 20 years in Germany. He is an entrepreneur who has founded several companies, including Redstone a Berlin-based Venture Capital company.
He established a company syndicating financial data for internet portals and banks. He then founded an M&A boutique, Finfortec, where he spent several years gaining experience in later stage and buyout deals.
Before becoming the Managing Director at Redstone he worked for Klingel Group, building their in-house corporate Venture Capital arm which he ran for three years.

Michael Brehm graduated from WHU and joined the investment bank Merrill Lynch as a banker. In mid-2006 he joined the management of VZ-Netzwerke (studiVZ) and promoted the development of the most successful social media platform in Germany.
Since 2006 Michael Brehm has been investing in various companies and start-ups, including Lesara, Bonaverde and Atheneum Partners. Successful exits so far have included Kreditech, Lieferando, kaufDA (Bonial) and brands4friends. In February 2010 he founded Rebate Networks, a network focused on rapidly growing e-commerce platforms. He was Managing Director at Rebate until 2016. In 2015 he founded i2x, an innovative speech recognition technology company. Michael is also a founding partner of Redstone, a Berlin-based Venture Capital company.
Frederike is a director of the investment team of BTG.
Prior to this, she supported the development of RWTH Aachen's startup incubator and gained further hands-on experience at BRYCK's accelerator, working closely with early-stage founders and is currently also part of the investment team of Redstone VC.
She has built her network across Europe, from the Nordic ecosystem at Icebreaker.vc in Helsinki to deals across the UK, France, and Scandinavia. She is covering deal sourcing and analysis for new BTG deals as well as the post-investment monitoring.
